There is a realm of reality, where the interconnection of all life has been woven since the beginning of time;
Where the relations of all beings are tended to equally, sourced within the holy fire in the center of existence; Where all relations are an expression of giving back to that same mystic fire, that sparks all activity.
Here guidance is the consequence of these healthy relations. Here our instincts are informed by the alchemy of the 5 elements within our precious vessel. Here synchronicity & magic are natural results of continuously tending to what is holy to us.
In this reality, being human is intrinsically filled with purpose as a somatic experience of wholeness through interdependency.
All of this happens in and through our bodies.
This reality, beloved, has never ceased.
It has never been damaged by any of societies errors.
It never died. It was just us, who left it.
But it is right here, ready for us return home & re-awaken to this world of awe & wonder.
Mystic fire tending is an invitation for us to embark on our journey towards home together, as we cultivate our resources & prepare the vessel of our mind body spirit for magic.
We will align our bodies with the cardinal directions & cultivate our somatic relationship to the ancestral gates of air, water, fire, earth & the empty center within.
We will embody our prayers, offer our voices & bath in the nectar of silence.
Contiuously tending to the mystic network that holds our lives is an appropriate & much needed answer to the madness of our times & holds the potential to refine our senses for magic, guidance & the immortal beauty of life.
You are welcome to join the live-calls or use the recordings in the rhythm that aligns with your daily life. All recordings will be available for you until 29.January 2025.
These sessions might as well be great companions for your personal journey through the twelve holy nights (Raunächte, 22.12. – 02.01.25).
What to expect:
Each session will be a complete mystic-somatic journey in itself. What exactly it looks like may vary according to the energies of the day. I will continuously listen to our group body & the magic of the moment. However the following framework will hold the space throughout the journey:
gently activating the body through sound, breath, movement/shaking
opening the ritual by acknowledging & aligning the body with the cardinal directions
Meditating on the energetic womb (alive in all genders) as the origin of life
speaking or writing down your personal intention or prayer of the day (sometimes we will offer one collective prayer togehter)
offering our vessel to that prayer / intention through somatic exploration / movement / dance / body-sculptures / sounding
Listening in silence – allowing the unknown to emerge
closing the ritual by acknowledging & aligning the body with the cardinal directions
No previous experience is needed.
This is a journey of resource cultivation. Nevertheless, these sessions can invoke the flow of all emotions. Certainly the natural flow of emotions is healthy. If you should feel emotionally unstable I recommend to have additional one-one assistance. I am available for individual sessions for a reduced prize or can recommend a trauma therapist.

Hey, I’m your host Josepha:
Cultural anthropologist, mystic & somatic researcher with a strong passion for the embodiment of feminine mysteries. I accompany women in their authentic connection to the magic of the earth & their female body.
Growing up in a cult has ensured my connection to spirit always remained strong. At the same time I evolved a vivid sense of discernment between whats real & whats merely a spiritual concept, out of alignment with real life on earth,
Since my early 20s, I have been exploring ways to fathom the interweaving of psyche & body with culture, earth & cosmos and to dive ever deeper into direct, natural cooperation with life.
I am dedicated to restoring individual & cultural fullness beyond patriarchal influences, while fostering self-respect & deep connection with the mystical forces.
For this purpose, I offer 1-1 support, courses & seminars based on my training & experiences in life, cultural anthropology, Gestalt therapy, somatics, psycho-energetics, embodiment, tantra and kundalini.
